Credit cardholders may be subject to authorisation/validation checks by their card issuer during the transaction. These checks are performed electronically, but in certain circumstances, additional information may be required to proceed. If your card issuer refuses to or does not authorise payment to us for any reason, we may put your transaction on hold until the problem is resolved.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Dalaart keeps your payment information secure. Dalaart never receives your credit card information.

We do not handle any payment information. Anything related to payments is handled securely by Stripe, our payment processor, which makes our system PCI compliant. We do not even store credit card details on mobile devices.

Order confirmation

Shortly after placing your order, you should receive a confirmation email from us. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to item unavailability or any unforeseen circumstances, you will be refunded accordingly.

Order cancellation/changes

To change or cancel your order after placing it, please get in touch with us immediately at order@dalaart.com . We will accommodate your request if your order has yet to be processed/dispatched.
