Original vintage Dala horses from the 1980s, hand-carved and hand-painted in Sweden. Elegant Dala horses from Dalarna, the heart of Sweden! Unique and beautiful shape and colors!

The Dala horse is a traditional carved, painted wooden statue of a horse originating in the Swedish province of Dalarna. In the old days, it was mostly used as a toy for children, while in modern times, it has become a symbol of Dalarna, as well as of Sweden in general. A great addition to your vintage collection from the heart of Sweden!

Dimensions: Choose from 20.0cm (7.87") to 10.0cm (3.93")

Recycled wood is used for the production of the horses and all the paints used are certified as safe for the environment. All Dala horses are hand-carved and handmade.
