Original vintage Dala horse from the 2000s, hand-carved and hand-painted in Sweden. Elegant, very beautiful ornaments!
The Dala horse is a traditional carved, painted wooden statue of a horse originating in the Swedish province of Dalarna. In the old days, it was mostly used as a toy for children, while in modern times, it has become a symbol of Dalarna, as well as of Sweden in general. A great addition to your vintage collection from the heart of Sweden!
