Beautiful vintage Dala horses, with unique colors and patterns, hand-crafted in Sweden, Dalarna, in the 1920s. Sold separately.
The Dala horse is a traditional carved, painted wooden statue of a horse originating in the Swedish province of Dalarna. In the old days, it was mainly used as a toy for children, while in modern times, it has become a symbol of Dalarna, as well as of Sweden in general.
